USAGES AND DOSAGE
Sorbic Acid is used as Food Preservative, mainly used in food, beverages, tobacco, pesticides, cosmetics and other industries. As an unsaturated acid,Sorbic Acid also can be used in resins, spices and rubber industry.
It ferment the dairy products, sour Lactic and pineapple juice.
1.Soy sauce, Marmalade, man-made cream, gelose soft sweets: 0.1-1.0g/kg.
2.Fruit juice, fruit drink,grape wine,fruit wine: 0.1-0.6g/kg .
3.For wine, Carbonated drinks :0.05-0.2g/kg.
4.For Dried fish products, drinks of soy bean and milk, food of soy bean, Cake stuffing, lactobacillin drink: 0.1-1.0g/kg.
5.For Tobacco,cosmetics & toothpastes: 0.6-2g/Kg
6.For concentrated fruit juice dosage mustn’s exceed 2.0
