Jasmine Concrete, edible spice, mainly used in advanced perfume, soap and cosmetic essence. Can also be used in food flavor, strawberry, cherry, apricot, peach and other fruit flavor modifier, can produce a round and harmonious effect.

The physical and chemical properties

Appearance: green yellow or light brown loose thick paste

Aroma: with cool jasmine flower aroma, fine and clear hair, and fresh feeling, soluble in ethanol and propylene glycol.

Melting point /℃46.0~52.0.

Source and method: extract from jasmine flowers with petroleum ether. The extract is re-extracted with ethanol and further refined.

Usage and precautions: edible spice. Gb2760-1996 regulation: according to the production needs appropriate amount for the preparation of all kinds of food flavor. FEMA regulations: the highest in food, the reference dosage is cold drinks, 1.0~1.5 mg/kg; Soft drinks, 0.70 mg/kg; Baked food, 1.0~1.5 mg/kg; Candy, 1.0~3.4 mg/kg.
