[Original]: Crocin, a natural yellow pigment extracted from the fruit of gardenia jasminoides, refined by biological treatment and physical method.
[Usage]:It can be used as a natural pigment for flour products, noodles, candy, cookies, drinks, wine, beverage, dairy product, fish and tinned food, cosmetics, silk cloth, cotton cloth, medicines and Chinese Herbs, etc.
[Character]:
1. Yellow or orange yellow powder.
2. It is easily soluble in water, ethanol water liquor, not soluble in acetone and oil.
3. Ph value has almost no influence to its color value. It’s steadier than beta-carotene in either PH3-11.
4. The revivification-resistance and microbe-resistance are excellent.
5. The pigment also has a good stability to light, heat and microbe.
6. The pigment has a good dyeing ability to starch and protein.
7. Metal ions have no influence on it but Fe. It becomes black when it met Fe.

[Package]: Inner packing is polythylene zip-lock, outside packing is aluminized bags.
[Storage]:Store in dry, sealed, shadow and cool.
