1. Take out a 1ml virus preservation solution
2. Take the specimen with a long throat swab
3. Insert the swab into a tube that containing the transport medium, ensure the swab is left in the preservation tube, cover the tube and store at 2-8℃. Use it within 72 hours. If it needs to be stored for more than 72 hours, please store it in the refrigerator at -20℃.
